And I sent you many E-mails over and over again. But non-reply from YOU.
On today, I raised the refunding to my credit card company about this
matter.
It is needless to say, you do very randomly calculations for the prices
for your items and all amount of money, ALWAYS!!! So I will inform your
irresponsible business to Japanese PERSONAL IMPORT COUNSELORS. You will
be put the BLACK LIST as illegal company by them soon.
IF you have something problem about my last shopping, let me know by E-mail
Anyway, I cannot understand YOUR irresponsibility.

These past couple weeks have been rather hectic.
We have just finished moving into our new offices and
that has taken much of my time.
